Dance workshops for women

Created by Angie Flanagan/ Presented by Northeastern Dance Organization and Jenstar Movement Studio

This 3-part women’s workshop, created by Angie Flanagan in honor of her friend Patricia Nivelet, is a gentle and joyful space for women who have always dreamed of dancing—even if you’ve never taken a class before.

No experience is needed. We blend yoga, ballet, jazz, storytelling, and Patricia’s generous spirit into a supportive environment where women can connect and discover the rhythm of their own artistic energy.

Registration and More Information

Conceived in Paris

The idea for a workshop dedicated to women who have always wanted to dance was born in a Paris café with Angie and her friend Patricia. After Patricia passed away from cancer, Angie has continued to present the workshop in her name, beginning with our workshop at AFA Danse de Paris March 2-6, 2026

Paris Launch

Our Paris workshop was beyond our expectations. We danced and made connections that will last a lifetime!
